Processing & Shipping

All orders require 2+ weeks of processing time.

After you place your order, your product must first be shipped to us. Once we receive your product, we will prepare and package your order for shipment to you.

Your order is not shipped directly to you when you place your order. The 2+ week processing period is required before your order is shipped from us to you.

Once we receive your product and your order is ready, we will ship it to the shipping address provided at checkout. Your customer shipping time begins once we ship your order from us to you.

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped from us, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and carrier.

Please keep in mind that the total time from placing your order to receiving it includes:

2+ weeks processing time + shipping time from us to you.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
